Job Description

Responsibilities

Welcome to GO Asia!

GrowthOps is a marketing transformation agency, consistently awarded the top Customer Engagement agency in APAC. For over 15 years, we’ve been helping brands go to market in Asia by integrating strategy, design, technology and AI. Trusted by enterprises and high-growth innovators, we specialise in supporting MarTech, media and creative operations across financial services, telecos, transportation, e-commerce, energy and more. GrowthOps is part of The Applied AI Company.

About The Job

We’re on the lookout for a Creative Designer Intern who’s eager to get hands-on with real campaigns. If you’re ready to turn classroom theory into agency reality, this is your shot.

Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching visuals for digital, social, print, and on-ground campaigns.
  • Work on everything from social posts to branding materials, presentations, website graphics, campaign visuals, and more.
  • Support senior designers and art directors with layouts, typography, image editing, and artwork resizing.
  • Jump into brainstorms and pitch in with ideas that make work sharper, smarter, and fresher.
  • Keep our design files neat, tidy, and ready to roll.
  • Stay inspired with the latest design trends, digital platforms, and yes — even generative AI.

What We’d Love To See From You

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or something similar.
  • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro = extra brownie points).
  • Curious about generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly or Runway — or already tinkering with them.
  • Strong eye for design: layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Deadline-friendly, detail-focused, and open to feedback.
  • Portfolio that shows us what you can do (student projects, freelance gigs, or personal work all count).

Notes

  • Minimum 3 months internship period.
  • Can start in May/June 2026.
  • Kindly submit your CV with available internship dates for our review with your portfolio enclosed.
