Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage the testing function across multiple projects and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery. The candidate should have strong experience in test management, stakeholder communication, defect management, and reporting, along with hands-on expertise in JIRA and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test schedules for projects.
• Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring timely delivery of testing activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
• Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Prepare and present testing status reports, metrics, and quality dashboards to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Facilitate test planning, execution, and closure activities.
• Maintain project documentation and testing artifacts in Confluence.
• Track project activities, defects, and workflows using JIRA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in managing manual and/or automated testing projects.
• Hands-on experience with:
• JIRA for defect tracking, test management, and project monitoring.
• Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management, defect management, and quality reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
