Job Summary

We seek an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a Two Michelin-starred French fine dining restaurant, elevating guest experiences and service standards to world-class levels through leadership, operational excellence, and strategic contributions.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Lead front-of-house operations to deliver flawless service at every guest interaction
  • Create highly personalized guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, regular guests, media, partners, and international clientele
  • Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure consistent execution of all service rituals, standards, and details

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members to achieve exceptional performance
  • Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
  • Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, teamwork, and accountability
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership to ensure seamless kitchen-service coordination

Operations Management

  • Manage reservations flow, floor planning, service pacing, and staffing to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, hygiene, and operational readiness
  • Oversee wine and beverage coordination with the Sommelier team
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, labor productivity, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Assist PR and marketing teams in supporting brand initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company SOPs

Strategic Contribution

  • Drive continuous improvement toward achieving a third Michelin star
  • Identify and implement opportunities to elevate service standards and operational excellence
  • Support brand reputation, media engagements, collaborations, and special events as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in internationally recognized Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and fine dining service rituals
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in demanding environments
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
