Position: After-Sales Engineer

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and after-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
• Ticket processing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies. Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
• Experience in after-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT and IoT: 3 years (Preferred)
• After Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
