岗位职责

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. TikTok Shop & Live Commerce (Main PIC)
Own and drive TikTok Shop as a key revenue and growth channel.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, including mega campaigns, launches, and always-on sales strategies.
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations: product listings, pricing, bundles, vouchers, affiliate setup, and campaign mechanics.
  • Work closely with KOLs, creators, and internal teams to plan and execute TikTok Live sessions and content that drives conversion.
  • Partner with marketing team on content direction to ensure strong “shoppertainment” storytelling and sales performance.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop performance (GMV, CVR, AOV, live conversion) and continuously optimise for growth.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform tools, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Support (Shopee, Lazada, *************)
Support execution across other e-commerce platforms when required.
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution across Shopee, Lazada, and OSIM Webshop.
  • Support mega campaigns, sale events to drive overall e-commerce performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms in terms of pricing, content, and promotions.

3. Campaign Planning & Commercial Execution

  • Support development of campaign mechanics, bundles, and promotional strategies aligned with sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns are launched on time with accurate setup across platforms.

4. Additional Support

  • Support roadshows, events, and activation campaigns where required.
  • Assist in cross-channel initiatives to drive overall brand and sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in E-commerce, with hands-on exposure to TikTok Shop or live commerce preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).
  • Experience in campaign planning, promotions, and sales-driven execution.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and performance optimisation.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, Ads Manager, Meta Ads and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, commercially driven, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
