We're on the lookout for bakery staff to join our team at our production kitchen. If you're a value-aligned individual who is passionate about baking (and eating!), come join us! The right candidates will demonstrate great attention to detail, hustle, teamwork, kindness, and a passion for their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Bakery production, including measuring ingredients, mixing, cutting, baking and finishing of cookies
• Assist with order fulfillment including organizing final products, quality control, carefully wrapping products, and packing in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain clean and organized work station throughout the shift
• Maintain a constant sense of hustle and urgency
• Maintain attention to detail with great accuracy at all times
• Provide feedback and input for improvements on recipe processes, efficiencies, and flow

5.5 day work week
Good career development and progression within the organization

Relevant Work Experience In pastry/F&B is preferred.
