Job Title: Security Officer (SO)
Location: Raffles Place
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 | No work on Public Holidays or weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional service while maintaining a secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control

• Emergency Response

• Incident Reporting:

  • Investigate and report suspicious activity.

  • Detain violators when necessary and ensure proper documentation.

  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports for management and law enforcement.

• Customer Service:

  • Assist and guide customers, including directing them to the bank’s queue management system.

  • Provide a professional and courteous point of contact for all visitors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or NITEC.

• Previous experience in a bank branch environment is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
