Branch Operations Analyst (Cash Operations) | Singapore

This role focuses on governance, oversight, and risk management of cash operations activities supported by an offshore operations team. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in banking operations, payments, and process controls within a regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily cash operations activities performed by the offshore support team
• Review and resolve operational exceptions, escalations, and processing issues
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and service standards
• Support governance and risk management initiatives across cash operations functions
• Maintain process documentation and operational procedures
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in banking operations, cash management, payments, or related financial services functions is an advantage
• Exposure to cash products such as payments, GIRO, FAST, or related transaction processing is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
