Responsibilities
You should be familiar with full set of accounting. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Handling of full set accounting.
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Participate in financial audits
Assist with budget preparation
Assist in handling e-Invoicing
Proven minimum 1 year work experience as a Account Officer or similar role.
Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Experience using financial software (Autocount)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Diploma in Finance or Accounting / equivalent with experienced.
Professional qualification as a ACCA is considered a plus
Salary will be consider based on experience.
