B2B Sales Executive (Corporate Outsourcing Services)

Are you an experienced insurance agent or real estate agent looking to grow your income without the pressure of closing?

We're an outsourcing business looking for sharp, people-savvy insurance professionals or real estate agents to join us as Front-End Sales Specialists.

Your role is simple — start the conversation, qualify the prospect, and hand them over to our Sales Director to close. No chasing. No paperwork. Just great conversations and huge referral commissions.

What You'll Do

• Drive Revenue: Hunt and secure new business for our corporate services portfolio.
• B2B Prospecting: Generate leads via cold outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze prospect business bottlenecks and propose customized outsourcing packages. Pitch directly to business owners, HR Directors, and CFOs.
• Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in our CRM.
• No selling needed: Once interest is shown , just hand the warm leads to our Sales Director.

What You’ll Earn

· Excellent payout from revenue share depending on performance.
· The more you refer the more you earn — no cap
· Estimated potential income earnings from referral $50k to $150k annually
