Job Description

Responsibilities

The Feasibility & Business Development Intern will support the evaluation of hospitality investment and development opportunities across key markets through financial analysis, market research, and materials preparation.


The intern will gain exposure to hotel development, management agreements, and portfolio expansion initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including operations, commercial and marketing.


Internship Responsibilities:

Feasibility & Investment Analysis


  • Support feasibility studies and underwriting of new hotel opportunities, including but not limited to Hotel Management Agreements (HMA) and investment projects
  • Conduct market research, demand analysis, and competitive benchmarking


Business Development Support and Administrative Work


  • Compile and maintain hotel supply and market intelligence databases (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, pipeline, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of internal approval materials
  • Assist in evaluating hotel management partnership opportunities and strategic initiatives
  • Support the preparation of proposals, marketing materials, pitch decks, and RFP responses
  • Assist in the coordination of company participation and sponsorship in industry conferences and publications
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Internship Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience will be an advantage
  • Internship must be credit-bearing and/or recognised by the educational institution as part of the student's internship programme
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship (5 days per week) for the duration of the internship period (ideally 6 months)
  • Able to commence the internship in June/July
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
