Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including replacing light bulbs, repairing doors, painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing and etc.
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate attention.
• Take inventory of maintenance supplies and report low or depleted supplies.
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups.
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in general maintenance.
• Must possess Class 3 driving license
• Technical knowledge in electrical or plumbing preferred.
• Hands-on and physically fit to do maintenance work.
• Other duties assigned by the line manager
• Singaporeans only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
