We are looking for passionate, caring, and creative individuals to join our growing team as visual art studio instructors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging visual art lessons for children, youths, and individuals of diverse learning abilities
  • Guide students through a variety of art forms
  • Prepare lesson materials and maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring studio environment
  • Encourage creativity, self-expression, confidence, and social interaction through art
  • Monitor students' progress and provide guidance based on their individual learning needs
  • Support studio events, exhibitions, workshops, holiday programmes, and community projects
  • Work closely with fellow educators and the management team to deliver meaningful learning experiences
  • Assist with general studio operations and upkeep when required

Requirements

  • Passion for art, creativity, and education
  • Enjoy working with children and youths
  • Positive, patient, nurturing, and responsible personality
  • Comfortable working within an inclusive learning environment
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Arts Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, or related fields is an advantage
  • Prior teaching experience of at least 1–2 years is preferred
  • Experience teaching visual arts, enrichment programmes, or working with children in educational settings will be an advantage
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs is a bonus, but not required
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
