Full Job Description

OCHO is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. No prior experience is required as training and scripts will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using leads and scripts provided.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on appointment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
• Support the achievement of company objectives and targets.
• Provide excellent customer service during client interactions.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Candidates with telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience will have an added advantage.
