HR Executive | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Talent Acquisition & People Operations
We are building a high-performance talent and operations team focused on raising execution standards across recruitment and people operations.
This is a structured, hands-on role designed for individuals who want real exposure to how hiring actually works — not theory, not observation, but direct involvement in live recruitment processes inside a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
We are not looking for passive participants. We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in building hiring systems, improving execution quality, and learning how strong teams are built from the ground up. If you are serious about developing real capability in HR, consulting, business operations, or leadership, this role is designed to accelerate that trajectory.
Role Focus
This role is centred on building strong fundamentals in talent acquisition and people operations through direct, end-to-end recruitment exposure.
