Events Assistant | Summer Events Crew (Post-Exams Intake) | Live Operations & Event Execution

We are a high-performance events team focused on delivering well-executed live experiences through precision, coordination, and disciplined execution.

This is a structured, real-world operations role designed for individuals who want direct, hands-on exposure to how professional events are executed at a high standard — from guest experience to behind-the-scenes coordination — within fast-paced live environments. We are looking for individuals who can remain composed, reliable, and execution-focused when it matters most. Every team member plays a critical role in ensuring events run smoothly, professionally, and to standard.

Role Focus

This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to live event operations, coordination, and real-time execution.

The focus is on developing:

• Operational discipline and situational awareness in live environments
• Composure, clarity, and decision-making under pressure
• Effective communication and coordination during live execution
• Reliability, consistency, and accountability in delivery

What You’ll Do

• Manage guest registration, check-in, and professional attendee welcoming
• Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd flow management
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistical preparation
• Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and live operational support
• Maintain professionalism, attentiveness, and composure throughout live events
• (Optional) Support basic event content capture such as photography and short-form video
