What You Will Do

As a Deputy Manager, Corporate Strategy Planning, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of data-driven strategies across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will transform data into actionable insights, strengthen reporting capabilities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape business decisions.

Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and enhance reporting processes and dashboards
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with stakeholders/vendors to resolve them
• Support strategic projects, operational reporting, and ad-hoc analytical requests
• Present campaign analysis, performance tracking, and strategic insights clearly to stakeholders
• Build data models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks
• Support data governance, automation, and quality assurance initiatives
• Identify anomalies and trends to support operational and regulatory requirements

This role might be for you if you have:

• Training in Data Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3 – 6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL/Oracle, and Microsoft Azure Data Lake
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments
• Familiarity with Agile, testing, or SDLC methodologies is advantageous
• Proactive team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
