The company collaborates with a panel of highly experienced trainers who are recognized experts in their respective fields. Its corporate training arm, A Training Academy for Professionals, focuses on professional development programs in areas such as personal development, contract management, sales and marketing, management leadership, strategic management, information technology, design, and soft skills.


Role Description The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for corporate clients, aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices. This role includes preparing training materials, presentations, and exercises; conducting needs assessments; and tailoring content for various learner groups. The trainer will facilitate in-person workshops, monitor participant engagement, and evaluate learning outcomes through assessments, feedback, and post-training follow-ups. Responsibilities also include updating course content to reflect current trends, collaborating with internal teams and clients to refine programs, and maintaining detailed training records and reports. This is an on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or learning and development professional in a corporate or professional training environment.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills, including the ability to create clear, structured, and interactive training materials.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and group facilitation abilities, with confidence leading sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, coaching, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience using training technologies and tools (e.g., presentation software, learning management systems, digital collaboration platforms).
  • Ability to conduct training needs analyses, measure training effectiveness, and prepare concise training reports and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Background or expertise in one or more relevant domains such as personal development, leadership, sales and marketing, contract management, IT, design, or soft skills training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and occasionally adjust hours to meet client training schedules.
