Its corporate training arm, A Training Academy for Professionals, focuses on professional development programs in areas such as personal development, contract management, sales and marketing, management leadership, strategic management, information technology, design, and soft skills.
Role Description The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for corporate clients, aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices. This role includes preparing training materials, presentations, and exercises; conducting needs assessments; and tailoring content for various learner groups. The trainer will facilitate in-person workshops, monitor participant engagement, and evaluate learning outcomes through assessments, feedback, and post-training follow-ups. Responsibilities also include updating course content to reflect current trends, collaborating with internal teams and clients to refine programs, and maintaining detailed training records and reports. This is an on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.
