CaterSpot is a profitable, fast-growing workplace food platform headquartered in Singapore. We help companies seamlessly manage food for their office - from meetings & events, office celebrations, recurring employee meal programs and office pantry services.


About the role


Build the pipeline. Own the conversation. Shape how companies experience food at work.


You'll own the top of our sales funnel — finding the right companies, reaching out, and turning cold contacts into booked meetings. You'll also work directly with AI sales tools to help us build a faster, smarter pipeline. It's a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead generation — build targeted lists of B2B prospects and opportunities
  • Research & data mining — find the right contacts, understand their context, and identify the right moment to reach out
  • Outreach — run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone with messaging that actually gets replies
  • Lead warming — nurture early-stage prospects and keep Caterspot on their radar until they're ready to talk
  • Meeting generation — book qualified calls for the sales team and own your conversion numbers
  • Manage AI agents — work with AI-powered prospecting and outreach tools, monitor their output, and help us improve how we use them


What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years in a sales, business development, or outreach role (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently performing in the top 5–10% of your sales team against quota, pipeline generation, or revenue targets
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and LinkedIn; willing to get hands-on with AI workflows
  • Organised, self-directed, and persistent


Bonus Points

  • Experience in high-growth startups
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, Office Management, Workplace Experience, or People teams
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and automation workflows
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in workplace services, hospitality, events, food & beverage, or employee experience
