PRODUCTION OPERATOR (FULL-TIME)

NutriRight is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in healthier food ingredient products.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operator to join our team. As a small company, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, learning different aspects of production, and being part of a growing business.

This is not a desk-based role. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of daily production operations and will play an important role in supporting the company's growth.

Salary

• Basic Salary: From SGD 1,800 per month
• CPF contributions provided for eligible employees in accordance with MOM regulations
• Annual leave and public holiday benefits in accordance with the Employment Act

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday

Job Scope

• Operate and support production machinery
• Transfer raw materials and finished goods
• Form carton boxes and pack finished products
• Palletizing and movement of finished goods
• Loading and unloading of materials and deliveries
• Cleaning and maintenance of production machines
• Cleaning and housekeeping of production and warehouse areas
• Assist with stock handling and inventory activities
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Responsible and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently when required
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is an advantage
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Important

As a small business, all team members contribute across multiple areas of operations. This role involves production work, machine cleaning, housekeeping, material handling, and general operational support. Candidates should be comfortable performing a variety of tasks and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
