Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to produce high-quality, conversion-focused visuals for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and platform requirements while leveraging both traditional and AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing product listings for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and various AI-powered design tools to create high-quality visuals efficiently.
• Develop designs that tell a story and resonate with the target customer.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Optimize images and listings for conversion, performance, and platform requirements.
• Maintain creativity and design quality under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
• Provide constructive feedback on design processes and propose improvements to elevate visual output.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software; experience with AI design tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers.
