Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Technical Sales Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and drive sales of our life science products. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating sales. You will work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide informed solutions aligned with their requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales and Sales strategies with a proven ability to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing client queries with in-depth knowledge of products
• Knowledge of life science research and industry trends is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
