Supply Chain Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Supply Chain Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the logistics and supply chain sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting logistics solutions, developing SME accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Promote and sell standardized logistics products, including:
- Warehousing solutions with standard pricing and service packages
- Standard air freight and sea freight lane products
- Develop and acquire new SME customers to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Identify customer business needs and maintain accurate customer profiles and sales records.
- Evaluate customer growth potential and identify opportunities to upgrade customers into Key Accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Follow up on contract renewals and ensure high customer retention rates.
- Collect customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations and Solutions teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of logistics solutions.
- Support customers throughout the sales and onboarding process to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing, or related industries.
- Experience in B2B sales and SME customer acquisition is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of logistics products, including warehousing, air freight, sea freight, and transportation services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is required.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:
- sales or business development: 2 years (Required)
- logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing: 1 year (Preferred)
- SME customers acquisition or B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- warehousing, air freight, sea freight: 2 years (Preferred)
