Key Responsibilities:

· Able to read, write and communicate in mandarin due to our customers/vendors are from Taiwan/China/Singapore.

· Develop and oversee production plans, schedules, and inventory management strategies.

· Ensure alignment of planning activities with company objectives and internal targets.

· Analyze and improve planning processes.

· Collaborate with project leads to integrate planning with other departments.

· Manage and mentor planning staff to enhance team performance.

Job Requirements:

· Prepare for and manage customer audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

· Excellent in Production Planning to fulfill daily, monthly, quarterly customer order

· Experience in managing the sources to plan provide production planning: i.e. material, headcount, equipment

· Excellent in MS Office Excel

· Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data

· Able to do presentation to a big group of employees

· Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry

· Able to work independently

· Have a good communication & interpersonal skill

· Cycle count coordination and tracker adjustment

· Management report generation

· Direct/ Indirect/Consign material planning and buying

· Direct/ Indirect/Consign material management -zero exposure/ order per lead time per forecast

· Track, monitoring and ensure zero line down

· Monitors usage vs Algo vs build

· Liaising with supplier to ensure no supply shortages and address any issues that arise.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum [10 years] of experience in planning or a related role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
