Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.

• Must be handles & follow up on machines

• Work hand in hand with planner, production and technician to plan/carry out equipment related activities without any delaying (TBM, CBM & Improvement).

• Responsible in manufacturing new equipment standardization, setup, training (working instruction), sourcing new technology in market.

• Responsible for new machine and new process startup.

• Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with existing processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on the manufacturing floor to minimize downtime and maintain production targets

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Computer literacy is required, knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent understanding of mechanical systems / electrical system.

• Proven technical problem solving skills

• General electrical, electronic knowledge and good mechanical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in electrical engineering

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage, as role need personnel to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
