Job Description
Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle membership inquiries, tours, and new member onboarding
Manage check-ins, bookings, and class schedules
Address member concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Process membership registrations, renewals, freezes, and cancellations
Track membership data and maintain accurate records
Support promotional campaigns and upsell personal training packages
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and trial memberships
Manage daily cash handling and POS transactions
Prepare daily/weekly reports on memberships, attendance, and revenue
Coordinate staff schedules and assist in internal communication
Monitor inventory of office supplies and gym merchandise
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and functionality
Coordinate maintenance issues with vendors or management
Support event coordination and special programs
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or fitness industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and membership management software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
