Full Time Site Construction Supervisor Jobs, in Oriental Sunrise Engineering Sdn. Bhd George Town - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Oversaw employee attendance records, handled payroll, and ordered new materials for sites.

• Kept sites compliant with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations to prevent unnecessary delays.  

• Collaborated with contractors, architects, engineers, and public agencies to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.

• Promoted adherence to safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper handling and

• operation of materials and equipment.

• Communicated daily with vendors to keep the project fully operational.

• Communicate with the SRS on site and manage the client relationship.

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Experience in railway, infrastructure, bridge, viaduct, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.

• Possess Banksman/Signalman certification or other relevant construction certifications.

• Familiar with construction safety requirements and site operations.

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
