Your RoleManage daily central kitchen operations and production.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
Plan production schedules based on outlet requirements.
Monitor inventory, ingredient ordering, and stock control.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
Coordinate with outlets, suppliers, and management.
Develop and standardize recipes and production processes.
Prepare operational and inventory reports.
Ensure the central kitchen operates efficiently, delivers consistent food quality, and supports all outlets' operational needs.
Is willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Has a positive attitude and enjoys teamwork
Has good communication and operation management skills
Is responsible, punctual, and hardworking
Is able to work on weekends and public holidays
Prior experience in Japanese Centre Kitchen is an advantage
