About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team at LAU SINCERE AUTOWAGON SERVICES SDN BHD' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Handling a range of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
Providing reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of meetings and appointments
Maintaining and organising office supplies and inventory
Providing support to the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
