- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports

- Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with workers to maintain smooth workflow on-site

- Report site issues and updates to the Head of Project Department

- Transport workers to project sites when required

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

- Knowledge of roof truss and mild steel work

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites

- Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
