Responsibilities
Responsible for handling daily administrative duties for the Joint Management Body (JMB). This includes managing residents’ enquiries and complaints, maintaining proper documentation, preparing reports, coordinating maintenance matters, and supporting smooth daily office operations.
Job Responsibilities:Handle residents’ enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation
Prepare letters, notices, and basic reports
Assist in billing, collection updates, and simple accounts records
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and management
Support day-to-day office administration
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field
At least 1 year of administrative experience (property management experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 5.15pm
Saturday: 8.15am – 12.45pm
(5.5 working days)
