Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate workflow between CNC, edging, drilling, assembly, and packing departments.

Ensure production targets are achieved according to delivery schedules.

Supervise production operators and factory workers.

Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.

Train and guide workers on production procedures and safety requirements.

Maintain discipline and productivity within the production team.

Inspect products during and after production.

Ensure products meet company quality standards and approved drawings.

Identify and resolve production defects and quality issues.

Implement corrective actions to minimize rework and wastage.

Coordinate with Drafters, Project Coordinators, and Installation Teams.

Review production drawings before releasing work orders.

Ensure materials and hardware are available before production starts.

Report production progress and issues to management.

Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Verify material requests and stock availability.

Assist in inventory control and stock management.

Coordinate with purchasing personnel when materials require replenishment.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Maintain factory cleanliness and organization (5S practices).

Conduct routine checks on machinery and equipment.

Report maintenance issues promptly.

Preferred if experience in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.

Preferred knowledge of:

• CNC machining

• Edge banding processes

• Cabinet assembly

• Furniture construction methods

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read technical and production drawings.
