Work location: Tebrau, Johor

Work days: 5.5 days

• Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level, workload, and job requirements.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors to communicate estimated job completion times and provide timely updates on work progress.

• Maintain and update the Job Control Board (e-WCC) to ensure accurate synchronization between Customer Relations Executives (CRE) and workshop operations.

• Monitor job allocation to ensure efficient distribution and timely execution of all repair orders.

• Track job progress to ensure all work is completed within the promised turnaround time, and proactively escalate any potential delays.

• Liaise closely with Service Advisors and workshop teams to resolve scheduling issues and improve workflow efficiency.

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of job status, completion time, and workshop performance.

• Minimum SKM Level 3 qualification.

• Background in Automotive or Mechanical field.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to read and write basic English and Bahasa Malaysia to understand service and repair orders.

• Possess a valid Class D driving license.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use workshop management systems.
