Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Officer to manage daily office operations, front desk reception, worker accommodation (hostel), transport coordination, and general administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operational flow between office, site workforce, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities1. Reception & Front Desk
Handle incoming calls, visitors, and general enquiries
Manage meeting room booking and preparation
Support internal communication between departments
2. Hostel / Accommodation Management
Coordinate worker hostel allocation and occupancy control
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and basic facility standards
Liaise with maintenance or external vendors when needed
3. Transport Coordination
Arrange daily transport schedules for workers and staff
Monitor vehicle usage and basic maintenance schedule
Ensure punctual dispatch and attendance tracking support
4. Office Administration
Support procurement of office supplies and consumables
Maintain records, documents, and basic reporting
Assist HR/admin in onboarding and daily operational tasks
5. General Support
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Ensure smooth coordination between office, site, and accommodation
Degree in Business Admin or with relevant admin experience preferred
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
Able to handle operational environment and urgent matters
