Job Responsibility

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (3 axis and 5 axis) according to work instructions and specifications.

• Load/unload materials, parts, and tools into machines.

• Perform basic machine setup with guidance.

• Monitor machining processes to ensure product quality.

• Inspect parts using measuring tools and report any issues to CNC Machinist or Supervisors.

• Maintain production records, and count parts.

• Maintain a clean work area (5S practices)
  

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good teamwork, communication, and discipline in following SOPs.

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings is an advantage.
