Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
Assist in preparing payment vouchers, issuing invoices and official receipts, and keying in data into the accounting system.
Perform bank reconciliation to ensure company records are aligned with bank statements.
Liaise with clients and relevant authorities on company secretarial and compliance matters
Assist in arranging payments, including cheque preparation and online bank transfers.
Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Organise, file, and maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
Handle documents, emails, phone calls, and provide general clerical support
