Position: Customer Support Executive – Utilities

Location: Petaling Jaya (Near LRT Taman Jaya)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Careline Support Team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and live chat support.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to utilities services in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle customer complaints, service requests, and account-related queries effectively.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the system.

• Follow up on pending cases to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.

• Meet individual and team performance KPIs, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with complete graduation certificate.

• Qualification must be MQA-accredited.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
