Position: Customer Support Executive – Utilities
Location: Petaling Jaya (Near LRT Taman Jaya)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Careline Support Team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and live chat support.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries related to utilities services in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints, service requests, and account-related queries effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the system.
Follow up on pending cases to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.
Meet individual and team performance KPIs, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with complete graduation certificate.
Qualification must be MQA-accredited.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
