About the role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team on a full-time basis in Ampang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop your sales career whilst contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities
Identify potential buyers through cold calling, canvassing, and market research to promote and sell the software and related hardware.
Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
Construct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Provide after-sales service, resolving client concerns, and upselling.
Document sales, processing orders, and logging client data into report / CRM system.
Assist in all matters concerning sales and marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, road shows.
Handle prospects’ enquiries and efficiently respond to customers’ request.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working experiences in sales will be added advantage.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
