Working Location

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including documentation, filing and record keeping.

  • Prepare sales quotations, Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices using SQL system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering when required.

  • Maintain and update preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and alert the service team when maintenance is due.

  • Follow up on all tasks, e.g. confirming quotations sent out with customers.

  • Gather first-hand information such as breakdown details or service requests, and communicate promptly to the service team.

  • Manage the service phone - handle all service-related enquires and direct them to the relevant ream members.

  • Assist the service team with coordination of service-related tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field (technical knowledge will be an added advantage)

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
