Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the service team, including documentation, filing and record keeping.
Prepare sales quotations, Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices using SQL system in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering when required.
Maintain and update preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and alert the service team when maintenance is due.
Follow up on all tasks, e.g. confirming quotations sent out with customers.
Gather first-hand information such as breakdown details or service requests, and communicate promptly to the service team.
Manage the service phone - handle all service-related enquires and direct them to the relevant ream members.
Assist the service team with coordination of service-related tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field (technical knowledge will be an added advantage)
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to details
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
