About The Role

We’re looking for a highly driven, self-led, and ambitious Project Management Intern to join our growing agency team. You’ll work directly under a Senior Project Manager across multiple accounts, with a primary focus on a major telecommunications (telco) client — a category known for its speed, complexity, constant change, and high-pressure environment.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in organised chaos, learns quickly, communicates confidently, and wants real exposure to how large-scale campaigns move from briefing to execution inside a fast-moving advertising agency.

You’ll gain hands-on experience managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting campaign delivery, and navigating shifting priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders. If you are hungry to grow, comfortable under pressure, and excited by high stakes, this role will accelerate your learning curve fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Campaign Coordination

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project execution across multiple accounts
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal workflows
  • Track project progress and ensure teams stay aligned on deadlines and priorities
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing status updates, and documenting action items
  • Help manage fast-turnaround campaigns, revisions, and urgent requests with accuracy and speed
  • Ensure all moving parts across creative, strategy, production, and account teams are properly communicated and followed through

Workflow & Task Management

  • Own and maintain project workflows within *************
  • Update task statuses, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations daily
  • Monitor bottlenecks and proactively flag risks or delays before they escalate
  • Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency where possible
  • Organise project documentation and maintain clean operational systems

Multi-Account Exposure

  • Work across different brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Adapt quickly to varying client expectations, team structures, and working styles
  • Learn how different accounts operate while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
  • Support high-priority telco campaigns where timelines can shift rapidly and responsiveness is critical

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams across accounts
  • Help ensure briefs, feedback, and approvals are properly captured and distributed
  • Follow up confidently with team members to keep projects moving
