岗位职责
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support daily office operations and administrative functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage office administration, records, filing systems, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, events, and company activities.
Handle correspondence, office supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
Support HR administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, and staff activities.
Assist with purchase orders, invoice verification, and asset records.
Liaise with government agencies, suppliers, and business partners.
Conduct site visits, coordinate logistics, and support operational requirements.
Assist with company events, training programs, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives.
Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to Management.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Corporate Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Possess own vehicle.
Experience in corporate administration, procurement, HR administration, and compliance matters.
Familiarity with government-related submissions and documentation.
