About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at our Subang Jaya office in Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services to our valued clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing strategic accounting support to help businesses thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and up to date.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection and payment.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis when required.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when necessary.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and administrative duties as assigned.

• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 1–3 years of accounting experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
