Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Science, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on R&D experience within the polymer sector, chemical manufacturing, or rubber/latex dipping industry. and related field.

• Ability to mine latest technology trend, market and customer requirements.

• Good analytical interpretational skill sets.

• Project management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet set targeted objectives and timeline.

• Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with the research institute or university in exploring the new business strategies related to gloves industry.

• Ensuring the business plan is delivered on time and to the required standard.

• Initiate investigation study related tot the technical operation complaints and in house quality related issue.

• Initiate potential alternative raw material study in collaboration with purchasing team or vendor to secure supply and quality issue.

• Responsible for smooth workflow of R&D lab operation and ensuring good laboratory practices are implemented, documented and sustained.

• Lead and coordinate new formula product development and improvement projects.

• Keep up on latest product performance, regulatory requirement and customer product needs.

• Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
