Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1.      Received inbound or perform outbound call to customer/ outlet operations related matters

  • Received calls and engage walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Engage customers via email and WhatsApp for promotions, event invitations, and loyalty programme initiatives. Maintain good relationship within the team and other departments.

  • Coordinate and provide support for outlet enquiries regarding Jewel Box and CES operational matters.

2.      Event

  • Liaise with marketing department, mall management, and procurement for booth setup and logistics.

  • Approach & provide accurate product information and recommendations.

  • Compile all the report for record after event.

  • Reminder call to all those RSVP customers for Jewel Box appointment.

  • Assist outlet for customer turn up record / sales record / helping outlet attending customer during the event date.

  • Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays when required.

  • Assist in organizing and supporting HQ member events when required.

3.      Safety Deposit Box Operations

  • Manage the operation and security of safe deposit box efficiently.

  • Enforce stringent security measures, including verifying customer identities, ensuring that only authorized. personnel access the vault area, and monitoring the premises for any potential security breaches.

  • Supervise and facilitate customer access to safe deposit boxes, ensuring all security protocols and procedures. are strictly followed during each transaction.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and legal obligations related to safe deposit box. services, including handling unclaimed boxes or deceased customer protocols.

  • Assist clients with enquiries on safe deposit box services, rental agreements, and access procedures, and guide them through the rental process to ensure a smooth and properly handled transaction.

  • Inform customers about rental renewals, changes in policies, or other essential information related to their safe deposit box.

  • Maintain accurate records of safe deposit box rentals, customer details, and transaction logs. Conduct regular audits to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Monitor the condition of vaults and safe deposit boxes. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and co-ordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or replacements as necessary.

  • Monitor and highlight potential operational risks, and recommend initiatives to improve processes, compliance, and overall service quality.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Business Studies / Mass Communication or equivalent.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, knowing mandarin will be added advantage.

  • Good personality and customer service oriented.

  • Have experience in handle customer enquiry / feedback.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Willing travel for work during weekend & public holiday (for events only)
