岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Handles full set of account
Generate invoices, debit and credit note
Post invoices accurately into the accounting system with required supporting documents
Handles Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
Assist with filing of documentation
Preparation of Daily and Monthly reports
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when requires
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Familiar with accounting software - Xero
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Able to work with Australia and China partner/counterpart remotely
