JOB SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing Joy Design Studio’s online sales channels, including the company website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce platforms, and future online marketplaces.

This role ensures product information, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer experience remain accurate, updated, and optimized to drive online sales growth. The position works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams to maintain seamless online operations while continuously improving sales performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website Management & Optimization

• Manage and maintain the company website (WooCommerce).

• Upload and update product listings, specifications, dimensions, pricing, promotions, and product images.

• Ensure all website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with current campaigns and promotions.

• Monitor website functionality and coordinate with web developers to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

• Install, manage, and optimize plugins, integrations, and website tools.

• Create, update, and maintain campaign landing pages, category pages, promotional pages, and collection pages.

• Improve website user experience (UX), navigation, product discovery, and customer journey.

• Ensure website performance, loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices are maintained.

• Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Product & Inventory Management

• Manage and maintain product catalogues across all online sales channels.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory across all platforms.

• Prevent overselling, stock discrepancies, and product listing errors.

• Ensure discontinued products, out-of-stock items, and new arrivals are updated promptly.

• Monitor inventory movement and provide feedback on fast-moving and slow-moving products.

• Ensure product information consistency across all platforms.

3. Marketplace & Social Commerce Management (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta & Future Platforms)

• Manage daily operations for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce platforms, and future online sales channels.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and promotional content across all platforms.

• Manage and maintain Meta Catalogs, Commerce Manager, Product Feeds, Collections, and Shop configurations.

• Ensure product information, pricing, stock availability, and promotional offers remain accurate and synchronized across all platforms.

• Monitor platform performance, product visibility, sales performance, and lead generation performance.

• Plan and execute platform campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, bundles, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.

• Create and update discount rules, promotional pricing, voucher settings, and campaign configurations.

• Support Meta lead generation campaigns by managing Instant Forms, landing pages, lead collection assets, and promotional content.

• Monitor platform health metrics, fulfillment performance, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure customer inquiries and leads are attended to promptly.

• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve online sales performance.

• Work closely with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure stock synchronization and inventory accuracy across all platforms.

4. Online Sales Growth & Conversion Optimization

• Monitor customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

• Optimize product pages, collections, promotional pages, and checkout experience.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.

• Propose strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and online sales performance.

• Support implementation of upselling, cross-selling, bundle promotions, and special offers.

• Identify opportunities to improve average order value (AOV) and customer retention.

• Monitor abandoned carts and recommend recovery initiatives.

• Support lead conversion optimization initiatives for Meta and website-generated enquiries.

5. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Support

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to support monthly campaigns, promotions, festive campaigns, clearance sales, product launches, and showroom events.

• Assist in preparing, uploading, and maintaining website banners, landing pages, promotional assets, and campaign visuals.

• Ensure campaign messaging, pricing, offers, and visuals are consistent across Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta platforms, and other digital touchpoints.

• Support email marketing, remarketing, lead generation, and CRM-related activities.

• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Photographers, and Marketing team members to ensure campaign materials are delivered according to timeline.

• Assist in product photoshoots, content creation preparation, and campaign setup.

• Perform quality checks on campaign assets, pricing, promotions, and landing pages before launch.

• Assist in updating Meta Instant Forms, lead forms, landing pages, website promotions, and promotional content related to marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign implementation and highlight issues that may affect customer experience or sales performance.

• Support showroom events, exhibitions, roadshows, trade fairs, and marketing activations when required.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor and report Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Meta Commerce performance.

• Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, lead volume, average order value, and campaign results.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Monitor inventory turnover and stock movement performance.

• Analyze customer behaviour and platform performance data.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Track key online sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.

7. Cross-Functional Support

• Support company campaigns, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and special projects when required.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.

• Assist with showroom activations and marketing initiatives when required.

• Provide operational support during campaign launches and major promotional periods.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
