Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the company.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction and brands success.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Promote the company’s products/services, delivering brand values, addressing client’s objectives.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.

• Collaboration : Engage with experienced team members across plan approaches and pitches for new business: Foster positive connections.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication / negotiation skills/ proficiency in business languages.

• Good understanding of market research/ analysis

• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and best practices

• Degree / Diploma holder in business & marketing or relevant field.

• Organizational and time-management skill
