About the role
Henikwon Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised HR & Admin Intern to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is internship program that will provide valuable experience in human resources and general administrative duties within a dynamic and growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the HR and Operations teams, including data entry, filing, and document management
Assisting with HRDF Training Program.
Handling employee inquiries and providing support with HR-related matters
Contributing to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Participating in various office administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
