Assist Sales Designers and Sales Executives in daily sales activities.

Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.

Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and project updates.

Schedule client meetings, site visits, and appointments.

Maintain customer records and sales databases.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Coordinate customer requirements with relevant departments.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.

Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints.

Liaise with Project, Production, and Purchasing departments regarding project status.

Coordinate material selections, delivery schedules, and installation arrangements.

Monitor project progress and update customers accordingly.

Prepare sales reports and update sales records.

Organize and maintain filing systems and customer documentation.

Assist with payment follow-ups and collection records.

Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Experience in interior design, renovation, furniture, or construction industry is an advantage.
