Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Customer Service Assistant /
Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital
role in shaping our company’s first impression for new staff and a vital follow up role for role clients.
The ideal candidate will possess customer service experience with strong administrative skills,
managing front-desk operations forming part of a two-person team.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Handle employee check-ins and administrative duties for
new staff.
Communications: Comminate with our clients via WhatsApp and email to maintain
good reputation. Handle acquisition, delivery and disbursement of corporate gifts to visitors.
Administrative Support: Assist internal departments with basic data entry, document
preparation, scanning, filing, and copying.
Create and maintain client tracking forms.
Handle client complaints.
Office Logistics: Monitor, inventory, and order office and pantry supplies to maintain
seamless daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree holders welcome and
may qualify for higher rate of pay if HR certified
Previous experience working in a front desk, reception, or office administration role
required. Handling of customers directly face to face or over the phone required.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
standard office hardware like printers and multi-line phones.
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal skills. Must be fluent in English. Mandarin an
advantage.
